Needing to have State School IDs imported from ClassLink into FitnessGram, but do not match? Keep getting “School ID does not Exist Error”?
If you are part of a state license, you are required to import your files with the matching School IDs provided within FitnessGram, but your ClassLink account may have different orgsIds that do not match those within FitnessGram. To make your ClassLink import you will need to make a Custom Export within ClassLink to export your State School IDs without making any permanent changes to your Orgs in ClassLink.
To find your State School IDs within FitnessGram for your Custom Export:
- Click on System Administrator > District and Schools
- You will see the list of schools for your district listed below and their State IDs The schools and IDs in this image are just an example of where to find the SchoolIDs
