I am so frustrated with importing on FitnessGram data. Every single year, I struggle. Support is bare minimum. spend hours on the phone without full support. Anyone else’s experience?

I already contacted over the phone, and received that they are escalating it to another people, but haven’t heard since then.
I am in agreement with this frustration! I called for support and was passed around to three different people and still had to wait for a later email from a different person to get my questions answered.
